Delivery & Returns: When will my order be delivered?

A majority of orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days. If for any reason this will be extended, we will contact you to discuss this and keep you updated.

How much does delivery cost?

All UK (Excluding Ireland & Highlands) orders over £200 excluding VAT are shipped nationwide free of charge. We will deliver to non-mainland UK destinations with an additional surcharge. Please contact us for a quote depending on your postcode and location.

What is the returns policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, in the very rare event that it is damaged during delivery or transportation please contact us and we will arrange for the product to be returned and a replacement item to be delivered.

All deliveries must be inspected before acceptance and in the rare event of damage the courier ticket must be marked and signed damaged. If a fault is noticed after the delivery is complete, then you need to contact us to review the fault and decide upon the best course of action within the product warranty.
